Meditations are designed to help release stress, cultivate calm, and deepen your connection to your intuition. Each group session is structured around a theme, with guidance to explore the theme on and off the cushion. Group meditation is rooted in the yogic tradition, blending in mindfulness and intuitive healing practices.
In Still, the instructor offers no cues for physical movement but instead, leads you through a guided meditation for the duration of the class.
