Come Home to Yourself
The core of my work centres around helping you rebalance, find more calm and clarity, and ultimately, come home to yourself. Yoga, meditation and mindfulness are tools I've used for years to reduce stress and anxiety, cultivate calm and clarity, and ground down in my own intuition. It's a joy to now share them with you to help you get in touch with your truest self. The world can pull us in many different directions, and these time-honoured practices give us the grounding necessary to get clear on what needs to go, what we can welcome in, and ultimately how we can share more of our light with the world.
My yoga classes offer the opportunity for deep release, playful challenges, and introspection. You’ll let go of any physical, mental and emotional tensions stored in the body, ground down in your own strength, and open up to new possibilities. Classes are rooted in the tradition of Hatha Yoga, and weave in wisdom from the Yoga Sutras and other Eastern Philosophies. We'll return to the original heart of yoga, practicing working through the body and mind to connect to the soul.
Meditations are designed to help release stress, cultivate calm, and deepen your connection to your intuition. Each group session is structured around a theme, with guidance to explore the theme on and off the cushion. Group meditation is rooted in the yogic tradition, blending in mindfulness and intuitive healing practices.

Private yoga instruction focuses on proper alignment to get the maximum benefit from your asana practice and reduce the risk of injury. For those new to yoga, it offers the chance to take things slow, and build a strong foundation for your continued practice. All private classes can be recorded for continued home practice.
Private meditation instruction is designed to help you build a daily meditation practice attuned to your needs and goals. Private instruction covers the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of meditation, pranayama breathing exercises to calm the body and mind, mantras and visualizations to focus the mind, guidelines and best practices to remain in a meditative state, and techniques to access your intuitive voice. Ongoing support for your practice is provided.
Private instruction for individuals is $95 for one-hour, and $140 for 1.5-hours.
Lessons can be done in my West Queen West studio, or in the comforts of your own home for an additional fee.
