“I feel so unbelievably calm. I am truly grateful. I feel like a door has been opened for me.” - Sharon R.
“To anyone considering a retreat, especially if it's your first time, GO WITH ZOE & AYAH! The weekend was beautifully balanced--not so regimented that I couldn't breathe, not so fluid that I felt scattered--and I do worry about those things when considering a guided weekend away. It is UNBELIEVABLE to me that #PAUSE2019 was their FIRST RETREAT-- you could see the thoughtfulness and attention to each detail from OUTER SPACE (...and I am picky! :D). They are both simultaneously warm with their energy and professional with their leadership. I loved the location by the water surrounded by trees, and the cottage and sleeping quarters were spacious and comfortable. The food was satiating, super healthy and full of variety- I felt light, energetic and satisfied after every meal. I came home feeling healthy & energetic, with renewed power, and looking at my goals with fresh eyes. A million thank yous!” Samantha K.
”Ayah and Zoe are earth angels. For their first retreat- they knocked it out of the park. They felt out the vibes of our group and delivered exactly what we all needed. It was a perfect weekend of disconnect, and I’m still on a energetic high from it a week later. I literally felt the transformation and had insights so clearly come to me in such a short period of time. I’m so grateful to have crossed both of their paths- and of course for all of the soul sisters I’ve know gained from the retreat.”
“This retreat was such a beautiful experience. I am forever thankful for Ayah, Zoe and Christine for their time and magic they shared with us. I went in not knowing what to expect and I went home feeling so grounded and so sure of what the universe has be calling me to do. The conversations had with everyone there were so meaningful and impacted each and every one of us. I would 100000000% recommend their retreats to anyone who is wanting to understand what they are going through or even if they want to learn more about how to embrace their gifts.” A.R.
Giving Back: We’re thrilled to share that a portion of all retreat fees will be donated to Peacebuilders International (Canada), a nonprofit organization that provides restorative programs and services for young people and works towards effecting change in the justice and education systems. In Toronto, Peacebuilders has diverted over 1000 young people out of the criminal justice system before trial, and worked with thousands more in schools and communities to address conflict productively and stop the school to prison pipeline.
Scholarship Opportunity: We are committed to accessibility and inclusivity, and also have a couple of sliding-scale scholarship spots open for those who a) otherwise wouldn’t be able to attend this retreat due to financial circumstances, and b) are committed to paying the personal benefits of this retreat forward by increasing their service to a community in need. Scholarship priority will be given to Black, Indigenous, People of Colour and Trans folks, and those new to our retreats. Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and Info@zoepaliare.com to apply. Scholarship applications are due by Friday, August 23.

Bathrooms are all shared between 2 - 4 people, depending on retreat attendance. Most rooms are in the main cottage, and two private rooms and shared bathroom are in an on-site bunkie near the main cottage.
